Our system offers fine-tuning parameters and custom fixtures for different materials and contents:
Ideal for Feed Bags , Fertilizers , and Construction Aggregates . Our system overcomes surface roughness and air leakage, ensuring stability even when the center of gravity shifts in soft-bodied bags.
Tailored for Chemical Powders and Food Ingredients . We use specialized grippers to prevent tearing of fragile paper surfaces while managing high-flowability powders inside.
Optimized for Plastic Resins and Medical Supplies. Our anti-static technology and high-friction contact points solve the challenges of extremely smooth surfaces and Static Electricity .
Cardboard boxes come in a wide variety, from lightweight empty boxes to boxes containing up to 30 kg of contents; a single gripper cannot handle all needs. Based on your product characteristics, we offer the following three mainstream gripper solutions:
Perfect for E-commerce Logistics and light-weight consumer goods. Best for smooth-surfaced, sturdy cardboard boxes.
Engineered for Heavy-Duty Manufacturing. Provides a secure grip for heavy boxes or uneven surfaces where vacuum suction is not applicable.
The ultimate solution for Food & Beverage and Fragile Goods. Supports heavy bottom loads (e.g., bottled liquids) or unsealed boxes that require gentle handling without top suction.
Designed for Diverse Production, Redefining the Human-Machine Collaboration Experience
In this era of low-volume, high-variety production, rigid automation programs can no longer meet the demands. GD Device, leveraging its powerful self-developed software capabilities, has created a “parameterized setting” solution. Through the intuitive interface shown in the left image, we allow complex stacking calculations to be completed automatically in the background, providing users with the simplest and clearest operating experience.
Traditional Way: robot programming by an engineer
GD Bag Palletizing Software: set up on the touchscreen
Traditional Way: additional programming fee per change
GD Bag Palletizing Software: operators add new patterns themselves
Industrial Applications: Our palletizing systems serve feed, food, chemical and building-material producers, with customized integration to fit each production line.
GD DEVICE robotic palletizers connect directly to the outfeed of your packaging line. Typical upstream equipment includes:
If you build bagging, filling or packing machines, GD DEVICE can supply the robotic palletizing cell, safety fencing and touchscreen palletizing software as your end-of-line partner, so your customer receives a complete packaging line. We work with your team on the interface between your machine and the robot cell, and support installation and commissioning on site. Contact us to discuss a partnership.
Both terms mean the same thing. In Taiwan the industry usually says 堆棧 or 棧板堆疊 (pallet stacking), while in mainland China it is called 碼垛 (simplified Chinese: 码垛). Either way, it means a robot automatically stacking bags, cartons, pails or drums onto pallets at the end of a packaging line.
Our bag palletizing software supports Yaskawa, ABB and KUKA robots. We also have integration experience with Comau and Stäubli robots.
Yes. Operators set up new products and stacking patterns on a touchscreen, so a product change does not require an engineer to reprogram the robot.
Woven bags, kraft paper bags and PE/PP bags for feed, fertilizer, chemical, food and building materials, as well as cartons, pails and drums. Completed projects include 35 kg woven bags and 40 kg kraft paper bags.
Our facility is in Shengang District, Taichung, Taiwan. We have designed and built automation equipment since 2008.
